Upon checkout, input the address where you would like your purchase sent. Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APOs or international addresses.
ITEMS WITH A RETAIL VALUE OF $500 OR MORE WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY.
We only sell items that are AUTHENTIC and in GOOD (moderate wear), VERY GOOD (slight wear) EXCELLENT (light wear) or PRISTINE (like new) condition. The condition is listed in the product descriptions on our site. Also, all photos on our website are of the actual product.
After we receive your order, it will ship out via UPS ground shipping. Most orders will arrive in 3-5 business days.
Rest assured we authenticate every handbag before it is added to our inventory.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we give you the opportunity to return and receive a refund. Returned items must be unworn with all product tags attached. You must notify Luxe Crush and return your item within 14 days of delivery. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Luxe Crush will not accept any returns after 14 days. Once your item has been received and reviewed, you will receive a refund for the sale price (original shipping fees will not be refunded).
Email info@shopluxecrush.com requesting a return. You will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label. Re-package your item in all the original packaging and mail back to Luxe Crush using the pre-paid label. Please note the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also, designer handbag returns do require signature at delivery.
