RENTER QUESTIONS

It’s easy and free to join Luxe Crush. Follow the directions in this link to become a member and start renting! First time renters will get 25% off after registering for an account.
We verify that the name and address on your driver’s license, federal or state ID match the name and billing address on the rental order. If these do not match, we cannot process the transaction.
You will have the rental for the time selected (4 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or 4 weeks). The rental period starts the day the item arrives. The lender will send the item, so you have it on the date specified.
You can request items up to 90 days in advance for rental.
Yes, you can borrow as many items as desired per rental period.
We allow cancellations from the day of order placement until the day before the rental ships. If you can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, you will be refunded in the form of your original payment. Any cancellation after 48 hours will result in site credit to your account.
If you are not satisfied with your rental for any reason, we give you the opportunity to return and receive a refund. You must notify Luxe Crush WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label and you will need to return to lender WITHIN 24 HOURS. If item is returned within 24-hour window, you will receive a refund for rental fee only ($5 lender protection fee and shipping will not be refunded). If item is not returned within 24-hour window, you will be liable for the full rental fee.
Please notify Luxe Crush WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt and send pictures. We expect lenders to send items that are AUTHENTIC and in GOOD (moderate wear), VERY GOOD (slight wear) EXCELLENT (light wear) or PRISTINE (like new) condition. Please remember that you are renting a used item and cannot expect perfection. However, if there are issues with your rental and it is not up to our standards, we will offer a refund. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label and you will need to return to lender WITHIN 24 HOURS. If item is returned within 24-hour window, you will receive a refund for the rental fee as well as the $5 lender protection fee and shipping. If item is not returned within 24-hour window, you will be liable for the full rental fee.
Shipping is $19 round trip. If you order multiple items from the same lender for the same date range, the shipping fee will remain at $19.
Upon checkout, input the address where you would like your rental sent. Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APOs or international addresses.
ITEMS WITH A RETAIL VALUE OF $500 OR MORE WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY.
Price varies based on the length of rental. Also, each item on our site is evaluated and subject to varying pricing scales. Brand, age, and condition factor into pricing our items.
We expect lenders to send items that are AUTHENTIC and in GOOD (moderate wear), VERY GOOD (slight wear) EXCELLENT (light wear) or PRISTINE (like new) condition. The condition is listed in the product descriptions on our site. Also, all photos on our website are of the actual product. Please be aware of this before confirming your rental.
PRISTINE Item appears to be unused but may show very minor signs of wear due to storage and handling. Tags, boxes, and dust bags are not always included. EXCELLENT Item shows very light signs of wear. VERY GOOD Item shows slight wear and signs of use such as slightly worn corners, creases, and hardware tarnishes. GOOD Item shows moderate wear and signs of use such as more visible worn corners, creases, hardware tarnishes, surface scratches and discolorations.
Once your rental is confirmed, we will request wrist size to ensure that your watch is sized to the desired fit.
We do not offer messaging directly with the lender. However, Luxe Crush can facilitate communication between renters and lenders. Please contact info@shopluxecrush.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is ultimately up to the lender. Please contact info@shopluxecrush.com to see if you rental period can be extended. Also note that you can only request to extend your rental period longer not shorten a rental period.
If an item is listed for sale on the site, then you have the option to buy it. Also, we will offer 50% of your rental fee as credit towards a purchase during the duration of your rental. If an item is not listed for sale but there is still interest to buy an item, please contact info@shopluxecrush.com and we will negotiate with the lender on your behalf.
Re-package your item in all the original packaging. It is highly encouraged to take photos of your rental before you send it back. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label. This label must be printed and used in shipping or a fee will be accessed. All shipping is done through UPS. Please ensure that your item is dropped off at a UPS location and sent out by the agreed upon date. Take care in packaging your item as Luxe Crush and UPS is not liable for damages in shipping due to poor packaging.
You have the option of taking your return to a UPS location on the return date or by 12:00 noon the following business day. You will not be penalized for your returning your item on the later day.
Yes. Please make sure to return your rental on time. We charge $50 per day late fee to accommodate our lenders.
We will let you know. After the lender receives their item back, they have 24 hours to notify Luxe Crush of any damages or issues with the return. After that 24-hour period, we will send you an email confirming the return.
After you checkout on the Luxe Crush website, your payment method will be charged the rental fee, $5 lender protection fee, shipping, and any applicable taxes.
Yes, to complete a rental transaction on our site, you must agree to storing your credit card information with our 3rd party payment processor. This payment method will be charged for any late fees, damages or loss incurred.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
You pay a $5 lender protection fee that covers minimal damage (up to $50 in repairs). If an item has more damage, is lost/stolen or damaged beyond repair, you will be liable for the fair market value (up to $10,000).

 

LENDER QUESTIONS

Lenders get paid 50% of the rental fee or 75% of the rental fee in Luxe Crush site credit. White Glove Members get paid 60% of the rental fee or 75% of the rental fee in Luxe Crush site credit.
Any item with an estimated retail value of $7,500 or above will be sent to Luxe Crush for authentication.
It generally takes 2 weeks or less for your item to be approved and listed on the Luxe Crush website.
Not a problem! Just contact info@shopluxecrush.com about turning off your item so it is no longer available for rental. Please make sure that this does not conflict with an already confirmed rental.
Yes. As a lender, you can confirm or reject rentals. When there is interest in a rental, Luxe Crush will send you an email that you need to acknowledge in 24 hours. If you wish to reject the request, you can do so here. Please note if your item is going to be unavailable for an extended amount of time, please contact info@shopluxecrush.com about turning off your item from rental.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the ship date will result in $50 fee being deducted from next payment. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the ship date will result in $25 fee being deducted from next payment.
Late shipments to renters will result in $25 per day late fee deducted from next payment. Please note if you are going to be shipping an order late, contact info@shopluxecrush.com so we can confirm with renter that they still want to receive it. If the renter decides to cancel the rental due to late shipping, a $25 fee will be deducted from next payment.
If the renter returns your item, you will receive $10 in site credit to compensate you for your time and effort. However, if the renter returns your item due to authenticity or condition issues, you will not be credited the $10 in site credit and will also lose out on that rental. Please note issues with authenticity and condition can result in discontinuation of lending services on our site.
After 24 hours of receiving your item back, you will receive an email to confirm 50% commission payment or 75% commission in Luxe Crush site credit. After confirmation, we will mail a physical check to your billing address.
We will offer the renter 50% of their rental fee as credit towards a purchase. Note you will still get paid your full rental commission; however, this credit will be deducted from the listed sale price.
We charge the renter a $50 per day late fee. This fee will be credited to your account to accommodate you for the inconvenience.

Luxe Crush is accepting luxury handbags, jewelry, watches and accessories. We are not currently lending clothing or shoes; however, we hope to expand into these categories in the future.
We are interested in the following brands. If you have a brand outside of this list, we are still open to reviewing and evaluating the listing. Handbags & Small Leather Goods: Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Celine, Chanel, Chloe, Dior, Fendi, Goyard, Gucci, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Saint Laurent, and Valentino Garavani Jewelry: Bvlgari (No B.Zero Collection), Cartier (No Love Collection), Chanel, David Yurman, Ippolita, John Hardy, Lagos, Marco Bicego, Roberto Coin, and Van Cleef & Arpels (No Alhambra Collection) Watches: Michele Accessories: Gucci and Hermes
We only accept items that are AUTHENTIC and in GOOD (moderate wear), VERY GOOD (slight wear), EXCELLENT (light wear) or PRISTINE (like new) condition.
Unfortunately, there are instances where we cannot accept items to list on our site. We look at factors such as brand, condition and authenticity when evaluating potential listings.
Luxe Crush will set rental pricing at a % of the estimated retail value. The factors that determine pricing will include brand, age, and condition. More sought-after brands (i.e. Chanel and Louis Vuitton) and items in excellent or pristine condition will garner a higher % of their retail value for rental.

We charge renters a $5 lender protection fee that covers minimal damage (up to $50 in repairs). After receiving your item back, please notify Luxe Crush WITHIN 24 hours if there is any damage and send pictures. If repairs can be made, email Luxe Crush a copy of the receipt and we will reimburse you the cost. If the item is beyond repair, lenders will be compensated for the fair market value (up to $10,000).

 

BUYER QUESTIONS

Shipping is $9.95. If you order multiple items from the same seller on the same order, the shipping fee will remain at $9.95.

After we receive your order, it will take approximately 10 business days. We understand that this is a long time to wait; however, any item sold on our site must go to Luxe Crush for inspection and authentication before it is shipped to a buyer.
We guarantee authenticity on any sale on our site. Handbags and accessories will go to Luxe Crush for authentication before they ship out to a buyer. Jewelry and watches sold on our site are from an accredited 3rd party that can provide certificates of authentication.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we give you the opportunity to return and receive a refund. You must notify Luxe Crush and return your item WITHIN 3 DAYS of receipt. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping and insurance. Luxe Crush is not responsible for returns lost in transit. If item is returned within 3-day window, you will receive a refund for the sale price (shipping will not be refunded). If item is not returned within 3-day window, you will not receive a refund.
Re-package your item in all the original packaging. You will choose your own method of shipping and send your package to the seller address that is emailed to you. Please note Luxe Crush is not responsible for returns lost in transit so insurance is highly encouraged. You will also be required to send tracking information to Luxe Crush for the return.

SELLER QUESTIONS

Sellers get paid 60% commission on handbags and 70% commission on accessories. Sellers also have the option to get paid 75% commission in Luxe Crush site credit.
It generally takes 2 weeks or less for your item to be approved and listed on the Luxe Crush website.
After 3 days of buyer receiving your item, you will receive an email to confirm 60%-70% commission payment or 75% commission in Luxe Crush site credit. After confirmation, we will mail a physical check to your billing address.

When a sale is initiated on our site, your item will be sent to Luxe Crush for authentication. Luxe Crush authenticates using expert knowledge and state of the art AI technology. By submitting to Luxe Crush, you are representing that the item is authentic. If Luxe Crush determines that your item is not authentic, it will be returned to you for a $50 Authentication Fee as well as the cost of shipping.
Luxe Crush will set sale pricing using several factors such as brand, age, rarity, condition, and original retail value. We also ask for minimum sale price on the Product Information Form and factor that into our pricing.
After 90 days, Luxe Crush will suggest a reduced price to the seller. The seller will have 1 week to confirm or deny that reduced price. If denied, Luxe Crush will either discontinue the item or keep on the site at full price.
Once a sale has been confirmed, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. This label must be printed and used in shipping or a fee will be accessed. All shipping is done through UPS. WHITE GLOVE MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS

The White Glove Membership Program is a complimentary service for hassle free lending. Luxe Crush will warehouse your items, take website photography, and handle rental shipping.
This is a complimentary service! The only cost to you is the price of round-trip shipping.
White Glove members get paid 60% of the rental fee or 75% of the rental fee in Luxe Crush site credit.
The minimum time commitment is 3 months.
Items will be shipped to Luxe Crush at your expense. Take care in packaging your items as Luxe Crush is not liable for damages in shipping due to poor packaging. When you request your items back, Luxe Crush will return and deduct shipping from your latest commission payment. If there is no outstanding commission due, then a separate invoice for shipping will be sent.

REWARDS, REFERRALS, AND PROMOTIONS QUESTIONS

When you sign up as member on our site, you are automatically enrolled. In the Luxe Bucks Rewards program, you will get paid to shop! Also earn rewards for engaging in social media and sharing reviews/pictures on our site. Click this link for more information.
After enrolling in the Luxe Bucks Rewards program, you will receive 1 Luxe Buck for every $1 spent. Tag your rental/purchase on social media and earn 50 Luxe Bucks. Review an item after your rental/purchase and earn 50 Luxe Bucks. Add a picture of your rental/purchase to the site and earn 50 Luxe Bucks. 150 Luxe Bucks is the maximum that can be earned per item rental/purchase.
Reviews are intended to provide helpful and relevant information to others. It should not include any profane, defamatory, threatening, or inappropriate language. Comparisons or promotions for any other services or brands will not be allowed. We encourage your feedback and will take every step to address any issues. However, Luxe Crush reserves the right to not post any reviews or photos we deem unfit.
Every 100 Luxe Bucks equals $5 in site credit. The site credit you’ve accumulated will automatically be applied towards future rentals and purchases.
Yes. Luxe Bucks expire 12 months from the date of issue.
A referral is when you invite another person to sign up and utilize Luxe Crush’s services. You will receive $25 site credit and the new member will also receive $25 site credit upon the new member registering for a Luxe Crush account within 3 months of invitation. Start referring your friend here
Yes. Referral credits expire 12 months from the date of issue.
You will receive $25 site credit towards any rental or purchase. Birthday gift must be redeemed during the month of your birthday.
